About the Empress Cup
The Empress Cup is a football tournament that celebrates unity, diversity, and community spirit. Organized annually by Afro Connect Entertainment in Stuttgart, this vibrant event brings together people from all walks of life, bridging cultures and uplifting marginalized and minority groups through the universal language of sport.
For the past five years, the Empress Cup has proudly showcased teams representing various nations and communities, including Nigeria, Krim, Nile FC, Ghana, Guinea, Senegal , Togo, Uganda Cranes München, Somalia, and Gambia. Each edition has grown stronger, attracting passionate players and fans who share one goal: to connect, celebrate, and compete with purpose.
Teams compete for exciting prizes of €1,000 (Winner), €500 (1st Runner-Up), and €300 (2nd Runner-Up), along with trophies, medals, and certificates for outstanding participants.
The Empress Cup is also regarded as a festival of culture, featuring delicious international cuisines, grill and food stalls, kids’ play zones, and interactive networking sessions that make it a day filled with joy, laughter, and connection for all ages.
This year, Afro Connect Entertainment is committed to engaging more refugee teams, further strengthening our mission of inclusion and social integration.
